I like to offer CST sessions at my home above Talgarth LD30PY and at a studio near Hay-on-Wye. I can also come to your home if you aren’t able to travel.
First therapy session is 60 minutes: £50 at my home ( £55 – 60 studio/home visit)
Subsequent sessions 1 hour: £45 at my home (£50 – £55 studio/home visit)
CST is not an acute medical treatment. It is supportive and therapeutic and can work alongside your primary healthcare treatment. CST is a process and sometimes a set of sessions is most beneficial for you.
