Ty-Yoga Studio, Talgarth Craniosacral therapy appointments are available every Wednesday 12 , 13:30, 2:30, 4 pm. First appointment is £55 and your next session is £50.
Larchwood Craniosacral therapy appointments are available every Thursday at 11:15, 12:15, 2pm and 3 pm. At larchwood First session is £55 and subsequent sessions are £50.

CST is not an acute medical treatment. It is supportive and therapeutic and can work alongside your primary healthcare treatment. CST is a process and sometimes a set of sessions is most beneficial for you.
